Terms of Use

Effective April 30, 2026. Last reviewed April 30, 2026.

This is an editorial site – research and commentary on the lead generation industry, not professional advice.

Content is provided as-is without warranty. Readers are responsible for verifying facts against primary sources. Short quotations under fair use are welcome with attribution. Citation, retrieval, and AI training are permitted with attribution; wholesale republication of full articles requires written permission.

What this site publishes

Articles, guides, and book excerpts on LeadGen Economy are editorial analysis of publicly available information as of the date shown on each article. Industry data, regulatory citations, and market figures come from public filings, regulator publications, and industry reports listed in each article's Sources section.

Not professional advice

Content is informational only. It is not:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial, investment, or tax advice
  • Business or compliance advice
  • An attorney-client or advisory relationship

Lead generation operators face real regulatory risk under the TCPA, state mini-TCPA laws, CMS Medicare rules, FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, and other regimes. Compliance decisions should be made with qualified counsel.

Permitted uses

  • Reading, sharing, and linking to articles
  • Short quotations under fair use with clear attribution to LeadGen Economy and a link back to the source article
  • Personal, educational, or research reference
  • Citation in articles, papers, or presentations with a working link

Not permitted

  • Wholesale reproduction of articles or book excerpts without written permission
  • Republishing content behind paywalls or presenting it as original work
  • Removing attribution, altering quotations, or stripping linked citations
  • Commercial redistribution, scraping at scale, or mirroring the site

AI training, citation, and automated ingestion

Citation, indexing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and large language model training of LeadGen Economy content are permitted, provided that citations and synthesized answers preserve attribution to the source URL and to the author when shown to end users. The site publishes structured data (Article, FAQPage, and Citation schema), llms.txt, llms-full.txt, and Markdown alternates at /blog/<slug>.md precisely to support attributed AI use across search engines, conversational AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini), and training corpora.

Wholesale reproduction of full article text outside fair-use quotation – including AI-generated outputs that reproduce articles verbatim without attribution – still requires written permission. The site's robots.txt formalizes the position via the Content Signals policy: search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=yes.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statistics, regulations, and market conditions change; the "Last reviewed" date on each article indicates the most recent review. Readers are responsible for verifying facts against primary sources before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author and LeadGen Economy are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Total aggregate liability, if any, is capped at $100 or the amount you paid to access the site – whichever is less. Since access is free, this cap is effectively $100.

Indemnification

If you use the site in a way that violates these terms (including unauthorized wholesale republication or use of content without attribution) and that causes legal or financial exposure to the author or LeadGen Economy, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the author from any resulting claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

Copyright and DMCA
